What is your return window?
You can request a return or exchange within seven days of delivery, provided the suit is unworn and unused.
What condition must items meet?
Items must retain original tags, packaging, and invoice, with no perfume, makeup marks, washing, or alterations.
Can I exchange for another size?
For size exchanges, contact us first on WhatsApp or email with your order number and preferred size.
When will my refund arrive?
Once approved and received, refunds are processed to your original payment method within five to seven business days.
Which items cannot be returned?
Personalised, altered, washed, damaged, or sale items are not eligible unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
